Your job
- Be an expert in transaction banking and financing solutions.
- Recommend personalised financing strategies (mortgage loans, lines of credit, all-in-ones, etc.).
- Provide personalised support for clients and ensure that files are handled rigourously and professionally.
- Communicate seamlessly and follow up on an ongoing basis with investment advisors to ensure we deliver on our Advisor promise.
- Work closely with investment advisors to integrate banking services into their clients' financial planning.
- Actively participate in business development through calls, meetings and regular follow-ups.
Your team
The Vice-President of NBF Banking Centres is made up of more than 25 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
You will report to the Sales Manager in the NBF Banking Centres sector. Our team stands out for its expertise in financing advice, supporting advisors with diligence and caring at every step of the referral process. We offer simple, flexible and strategic solutions designed to transform referrals into real sustainable business opportunities. Our goal is to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life. This includes a hybrid work environment and a flexible and adaptable schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a related field) and at least 6 years of relevant experience in banking services (or a master’s degree and 4 years of experience).
- Experience in business development and advisory services
- Excellent knowledge of transaction and credit banking products.
- Ability to work independently, build trust-based relationships and work as a team.
- Available for occasional travel (5% to 10% of the time) since the candidate will serve clients in neighbouring region.
