NOW HIRING – Site Superintendent Full-Time | Michael Homes Inc. (MHI) | Edmonton, AB
Michael Homes Inc. is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Site Superintendent to join our team.
For over 30 years, MHI has focused on building and redevelopment projects in Edmonton with an emphasis on quality execution, efficient planning, and creating long-term value. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of projects, communicates well with trades and clients, and keeps construction moving efficiently from start to finish.
Position: Site Superintendent Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Edmonton, Alberta Annual Salary: $60,000/year Probation Period: 3 months

Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and maintain construction schedules Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and inspections Ensure projects meet quality standards, drawings, and specifications Monitor site safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment Review progress and proactively resolve site issues Communicate updates with internal project teams and clients Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and project close-out Support cost control and efficient resource management
Qualifications Experience in residential and/or multifamily construction supervision Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Knowledge of local building practices and site safety requirements
