A Day in the Life

As a Retail Image Specialist, you’ll report to the Retail Design Manager and work within a cross-functional team, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing teams. • Visual Merchandising: Lead collaborative sessions to define merchandising strategies and ensure planogram execution aligns with brand goals.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity, including product assortments, fixture codes, and system updates, ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to manage budgets, artwork approvals, and on-time delivery of reset components.
  • In-Store Execution: Partner with Key Account Managers to ensure compliance with merchandising plans and conduct quality control checks.

We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in English and French, as this role services nationwide across Canada.
  • Expertise in Project Management, Visual Merchandising, Data Management, Attention to Detail, and Collaboration and Influence.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for managing complex timelines and dependencies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence without authority.
