Position Overview

This role is for an existing full-time, permanent vacancy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy within the construction industry. The ideal candidate is an early-career marketing professional with a creative mindset, strong writing skills and is eager to learn. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives, creating content, managing digital channels, and developing materials that showcase MARANT’s expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project-specific marketing efforts, including collecting project information, organizing photography, and developing case studies.

  • Update and maintain website content ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Track project photography progress and assist in coordinating scheduled photoshoots.

  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, including photography, presentations, and centralized documentation.

  • Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.

  • Manage branded inventory and assist with ordering promotional materials and apparel.

  • Assist with event and sponsorship coordination, including creating deliverables and providing on-site support.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience (internships or co-ops considered).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools.

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a keen eye for design.

  • Interest in architecture, construction, design, or real estate is an asset.
