Site is accessible via public transportation Valid Use of Force certification Permanent Positions we are looking to fill P1: Monday to Friday - 0700 to 1500 P2: Monday to Friday - 1500 to 2300 P3: Saturday and Sunday- 0700 to 1500 P4: Saturday and Sunday 1500 to 2300 Responsibilities for Response Health Centre Security Guard
Operate site-provided metal detecting wand to screen patients entering the facility Monitor and assess potential security risks and respond in accordance with site protocols Maintain accurate records of screenings and report incidents or concerns Provide calm, respectful, and professional interactions with patients in high-stress situations Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Qualifications for Response Health Centre Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Use of Force certification (Asset) Hold a Manitoba valid security license First aid certification required Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in computer skills Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure environments
