Summer Retail Field Representative Internship
Description Kick-start your career in retail, sales, or marketing with a hands-onSummer Retail Field Representative Internshipsupporting a leading CPG client. As a Merchandising Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience executing in-store merchandising activities, building product displays, and learning how retail operations function behind the scenes.
This internship is perfect for students interested in business, marketing, retail management, or related fields who want to build practical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Summer Intern, you will learn to:

- In-store merchandising activities using planograms and schematic layouts, including participating in product resets
- Support daily planning by reviewing store visit objectives and preparing required materials
- Help ensure promotional displays are set correctly and identify opportunities to improve product availability
- Merchandise shelves and displays, check expiry dates, rotate stock, and place POS materials
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong working relationships with store teams
- Work closely with your manager and team to learn best practices and retail execution standards
This internship is a great fit for students who:
- Are pursuing a post-secondary program in business, marketing, retail management, communications, or related fields
- Are eager to learn about merchandising, retail operations, and brand execution
- Can work independently, take initiative, and communicate confidently
- Have access to reliable transportation- comfortable travelling throughout the GTA area
- Are comfortable with basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Are capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for extended periods as part of hands-on merchandising work
**Availability:**Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
