We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in either Python or R. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of turning complex data into clear and actionable insights, and be passionate about leveraging visualization techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.

Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large data sets to extract meaningful insights

Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and visualizations to support business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions

Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and improve data quality and accuracy
-
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and presentations
-
Mentor and support junior data analysts, providing guidance and expertise in data analysis techniques
-
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and statistical modeling
-
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or related fields
-
3+ years of experience analyzing data to find insights that drive business improvements which results in significant $ saved that can be measured.

Go-getter, not waiting for projects to come to them but rather finding issues at businesses and using their data skills to solve these issues.

Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling including supervised and unsupervised machine learning.

Expert at Data Visualization and skilled in Tableau and/or Power BI

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and SQL

Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong business understanding and how data can be applied to the business to drive improvements.

Understanding of modern data architecture (SQL vs NoSQL, Data Lakes, etc.)

Extremely strong communication skills and ability to communicate with non-technical business leaders.
