About the role
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two System Support Specialist, HR Systems, one on a permanent basis, and the other on a temporary basis (term up to 5 months, with potential for extension).

The successful candidate in this role will provide expert technical support for our Oracle Human Capital Management software (HCM). They will support system improvements, project delivery, and enhance our knowledge base to support seamless operations.
This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.
What you’ll do:
- Use technical expertise to resolve Oracle incidents quickly and professionally.
- Configure systems and resolve issues in Oracle HCM.
- Lead system improvements and project delivery by:
- Conducting gap analysis and resolving user needs/software fit.
- Gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements.
- Configuring, designing, testing, and implementing systems.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base for Oracle HCM, ensuring documentation aligns with software updates.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding technology initiatives that impact People & Culture business unit processes.

You will work closely with other System Support Specialists and will report into the Senior Manager, HR Systems. This team strives to cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, customer service, and support.

Who you are:
You are looking for an opportunity in HR Systems and Information Technology and:
- Have at least 1 year of experience with Oracle HCM in functional configuration and technical support (i.e. enhancements, issue resolution, integration support).
- Have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant progressively responsible experience with IT Business and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Applications.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or engineering.
