The successful Growth Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and rapid revenue growth for both companies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategies for our high-growth businesses in the AI sector.

We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. We’re particularly interested in candidates with a solid background in B2B SaaS Marketing. Candidates with experience from an agency are also encouraged to apply.

This position requires a strategic and data-driven marketer with a comprehensive understanding of various growth marketing channels, a creative mindset, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. The purpose of the role is to grow the business through customer acquisition and the proliferation of brand advocacy.

The successful Growth Marketing Manager will deliver a full spectrum of marketing activities, from working with key stakeholders at a strategic level to driving all operational activities (e.g. budget management, data gathering and reporting, content creation, and managing our digital channels day-to-day). The role demands a data-driven, highly creative, and ambitious person who sets big goals for themselves and others - and takes personal responsibility for the execution of their ideas.

What your day will look like**:**

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

  • Design and implement data-driven marketing plans for Aspire Software AI Suite

  • Align marketing efforts with overall business goals to drive customer acquisition and retention

  • Develop and execute strategies to open the funnel and drive quality leads

  • Implement tactics to expand our reach and engage the target audience

  • Be able to own our marketing function. This is a role for someone who can own and steer the marketing function in consultation with the business without the need for continuous guidance and direction

Brand Positioning and Awareness

  • Enhance brand visibility through digital, content, and event marketing initiatives
  • Develop compelling messaging that differentiates both brands in their respective markets
  • Establishing social media followings and building brand advocacy
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms - HubSpot preferred
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Monitor KPIs to adapt where necessary to ensure marketing strategies are delivered
  • Provide regular reports to leadership with a thorough understanding of performance and areas to improve

Lead Generation and Performance Marketing

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive conversions

Content and Communications

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Ensure a seamless and compelling user experience is delivered through optimization of various marketing funnel touchpoints
  • Collaborate with teams to provide input in creating high-performance landing pages and collateral

Partnership and Event Marketing

  • Identify strategic partnerships to expand reach and market presence
  • Represent

Customer and Market Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to refine marketing strategies
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI

About You**:**

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a similar related discipline is essential
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, Fintech, or similar
  • Ideally, 2+ years SaaS Software Marketing experience
  • 5+ years Digital Marketing experience, 2+ years of experience in Marketing to an International Audience
  • Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth through marketing
  • Proven experience and knowledge of rapid client acquisition in a go-to-market / new product environment
  • Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills to drive engagement and conversion
  • Experience with event marketing and industry networking
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget
  • Team player
  • Great attention to detail and planning skills
  • Strong work ethic, organized, and focused
  • Exceptional communication skillset
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
