Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary: This role is a key Marketing position within the Sales organization. The Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator will provide direct support to Account Executives and the Global Accounts team by creating high-impact visuals, marketing collateral, and customer-specific presentations. The position also supports tradeshow coordination and contributes to Unisync’s digital presence, including website updates and managing visual assets used in RFPs, client presentations, corporate videos, and eCommerce storefronts.
The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong graphic design capabilities, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing & Visual Design
- Create customer-specific PowerPoint, Prezi presentations supporting sales pitches and renewals.
- Update and maintain corporate slide decks as required.
- Design marketing collateral including: tradeshow visuals, booth graphics, posters, banners, digital flyers, case studies, segment and corporate videos.
- Develop visuals and graphic elements for RFP submissions.
- Photograph products for ESF launch materials.
- Support email marketing campaigns including refining visual assets, creating segmented lists via ZoomInfo, and assisting AEs with targeted outreach visuals.
Tradeshow & Event Support
- Coordinate tradeshow logistics including booth design, timelines, deadlines, materials, and shipments.
- Manage event collateral production.
Digital & Web Support
- Update Unisync corporate website content as needed.
- Assist with e-commerce admin tasks on Unisync’s customized ESF: uploading images, updating descriptions, managing product visuals, and supporting store launches.
- Create and maintain product catalogs and customer logins, images, and descriptions, product visuals, and other admin data management functions for the online stores
- Optimize website and product content for SEO; conduct keyword research and apply best practices
- Support existing client eCommerce stores; Manage the requests in the ticketing system for both new projects and any trouble shooting needs
- Responsible for digital presence of Unisync, Google listing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with Sales, and E-Commerce teams to ensure branding consistency.
- Act as a creative resource for AEs needing graphics, graphic pitch support, or custom marketing visuals.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in creating marketing design, digital media, company digital assets, etc. using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to demonstrate portfolio of digital and/or presentation design work
- Strong experience using PowerPoint and creating design templates for PowerPoint for effective storytelling
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in eCommerce using any eCommerce system in the market such as BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, etc. would be considered as a great asset.
- Familiarity with eCommerce CMS, understanding HTML, ticketing systems is an asset.
- Bilingual English & French preferred, not required
