We're looking for a Business Transformation Specialist. In this role you will play a key role in the success of the NOAM Retail GTM organization and company by supporting the development and implementation of business strategies and processes.With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, this role assists in aligning the organization's operations with its long-term goals and objectives. The Business Transformation specialist supports a team in analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development and implementation of solutions to drive growth and increase profitability.

What you'll be doing:

As a Business Transformation specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Support the development of transformation strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Your contributions will help drive impactful projects.
  • Project Management: Assist in the oversight of transformation projects, helping to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather insights and contribute to securing buy-in for transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Assist in change management efforts, including supporting the creation of communication plans and training programs.
  • Performance Metrics: Help to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Current State Analysis: Work with senior team members to map and understand the current state architecture of people, process, data, technology, governance, and financial models.
  • Process Improvement: Help identify areas for operational improvement and support the implementation of a structured approach to best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in identifying key trends from data sets, determining underlying drivers of trends, and building simple financial or data models.

What you need to bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience with project management methodologies or exposure to projects such as process improvements, change management initiatives, or strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and contribute to finding technology solutions.
  • A drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to team members and leadership.As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
