- Facilitate HR, Canada’s Wonderland (CW), and Corporate training programs to associates and Seasonal Leadership in person
- Work in conjunction with the HR team to ensure associate onboardings are completed in a timely manner so that sessions may start on time. Follow-up frequently for any changes or potential issues
- Ensure all training materials and resources are prepared/available for sessions; responsible for the ongoing upkeep of assigned training rooms
- Responsible for enrolling participants in the Ceridian Dayforce Learning Management System (LMS) into courses and Learning Plans and following up as needed for any rescheduling etc.
- Responsible for keying completions/evaluations for all sessions and following up with seasonal payroll to ensure proper pay codes/payments populate in UKG
- Responsible for enrolling participants in any required trainings in the LMS and following up as required
- Run training reports from the LMS and advise as to any required department follow-up for missed trainings as required
- Assist with coaching other HR and Department trainers on the correct use of the LMS
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and legal requirements/guidance
- Assist with other Human Resources duties as required
- You!
- Candidates that are enrolled in/completed a post-secondary educational, training or Human Resources Management program, or equivalent, is an asset
- Prior training, instructor, public speaking, or coaching experience
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Candidates that are accurate, detail oriented and efficient in the completion of tasks, highly organized, and the ability to multi-task
- Individuals that demonstrate a professional, positive, and confident manner
- Experience working with Windows’ based programs; Data entry experience is an asset
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
