About The Role Reporting to the CRO, you will play a central role in ensuring the sales team is fully equipped to sell effectively. You’ll coordinate sales onboarding programs, drive product marketing alignment, and manage enablement activities for product launches. You’ll act as an operational backbone—creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring reps have the training, tools, content, and confidence needed to succeed. This role is highly collaborative and ideal for someone who loves organizing information, creating repeatable systems, and supporting a high-performing GTM team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales onboarding, including scheduling, materials, training delivery, and progress tracking.
- Ensure new hires are enabled on core sales processes, product knowledge, and messaging.
- Maintain and continuously improve onboarding documentation, training flows, and enablement content; track completion and surface gaps.
- Coordinate recurring sales training (weekly, monthly, quarterly) in partnership with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Own the enablement calendar and ensure training is delivered on time and kept up to date in the LMS/knowledge base.
- Gather feedback from reps and leaders to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product updates and launches into clear, actionable sales enablement.
- Coordinate launch readiness, including live trainings, briefs, battlecards, FAQs, and talk tracks.
- Track training completion and readiness for major product releases.
- Keep enablement tools, content repositories, and onboarding assets organized and current.
- Track engagement with enablement content and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Support documentation of sales processes, best practices, certifications, and assessments.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- You are exceptionally organized and thrive on creating structure, documentation, and repeatable processes.
- You love supporting others—especially helping teams learn, ramp, and perform at their highest level.
- You feel comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and structure.
- You’re an excellent communicator who can simplify complex product information into easy-to-understand training content.
- You enjoy collaborating across Sales, Product, and Marketing and can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with sales tools or enablement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, LMS systems) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS or product-led environments is helpful, though not required.

In addition to base salary and applicable commissions, total rewards may include equity, health and wellness benefits, and other company programs.
