What you will do

We are seeking a skilled Power BI and Power Apps Developer to join our Digital Quality Engineering team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and data management to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and Power Apps applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with Quality Forward strategies.
• Manage and maintain data sources, data models, and refresh schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
• Document development processes, data sources, and system configurations.
• Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy or functionality.
• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI and Power Apps tools.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate AI solutions within existing systems

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Chemistry, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Power BI dashboard development and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps development.
• Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience within a regulated or GxP environment.
• Knowledge of AI integration and automation tools within Power Platform.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
