Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at BMW Sherbrooke in Sherbrooke, QC. In this position, the Sales Consultant welcomes clients to the showroom, actively listens to their needs, and guides them through the vehicle selection process. Daily tasks include presenting BMW models and features, conducting test drives, preparing quotes, and explaining financing and leasing options. The role also involves following up with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records in the dealership’s CRM systems. The Sales Consultant collaborates with colleagues in service and finance to deliver a seamless client experience and contributes to sales targets through professional, consultative selling. Qualifications Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, focused on building trust and long-term relationships. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear presentations and follow-ups with clients. Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an asset, especially in premium or luxury brands. Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools used for sales and customer management. Ability to work on-site full time in Sherbrooke, QC; availability for evenings and weekends as required. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; bilingual proficiency in French and English is an advantage.
