Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) Consultant(e) principal(e) DevOps hautement autonome pour prendre en charge l’infrastructure et les exigences opérationnelles d’un projet d’application d’entreprise stratégique. Il ne s’agit pas d’un rôle axé sur la maintenance, mais d’un poste à fort impact où vous identifierez proactivement les goulots d’étranglement, automatiserez les processus manuels et renforcerez la résilience opérationnelle dans un environnement technologique complexe.

Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe Gouvernance et Ingénierie collaborative, en interaction avec des équipes DevOps internes et des partenaires technologiques externes. L’environnement comprend Azure, Dynamics 365 et des intégrations tierces, nécessitant une solide expertise technique et une capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques auprès de différents intervenants.

Vos responsabilités

• Vous prendrez en charge les opérations de plateforme, incluant les déploiements d’environnements et la gestion du cycle de vie.
• Dans ce rôle, vous automatiserez les tâches manuelles d’infrastructure telles que les correctifs, la gestion des journaux et l’optimisation des bases de données.
• Vous concevrez et maintiendrez des pipelines CI/CD à l’aide de GitHub Actions et d’outils connexes.
• Vous gérerez les composantes de connectivité et de sécurité, incluant les certificats SSL et les intégrations de surveillance.
• Vous agirez comme point de contact technique principal auprès des fournisseurs pour résoudre les enjeux liés aux environnements et aux déploiements.
• Vous produirez et maintiendrez la documentation technique, incluant des guides opérationnels et des schémas d’architecture.

Compétences et qualifications

• 5+ années d’expérience en DevOps ou en ingénierie d’infrastructure infonuagique.
• Expertise approfondie des services Azure IaaS et PaaS, du réseautage et des modèles de gouvernance RBAC.
• Solides compétences en script avec PowerShell et Azure CLI, expérience en Infrastructure as Code fortement souhaitée.
• Expérience confirmée dans la mise en place et la maintenance de pipelines CI/CD.
• Excellentes capacités de diagnostic dans des environnements Windows, outils de surveillance et bases de données SQL.
• Une expérience avec Dynamics 365 ou des plateformes d’entreprise similaires constitue un atout.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly autonomous Senior DevOps Consultant to take ownership of infrastructure and operational requirements for a major internal enterprise application initiative. This is not a maintenance-focused role. It is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will proactively identify bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and strengthen operational resilience across a complex cloud ecosystem.

You will work within a collaborative Governance and Engineering team, interfacing with internal DevOps professionals and external technology partners. The environment includes Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party integrations, requiring strong technical depth and the ability to communicate clearly across both technical and business stakeholders.

• You’ll document runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures to support transparency and sustainability.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS services, networking, and RBAC governance models.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Azure CLI, with Infrastructure as Code experience preferred.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, monitoring tools, and SQL-based systems.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms is considered an asset.
