About The Role We are hiring top-tier in-home closers who excel at converting warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts. We provide high-intent leads, in-home assessments, and full sales support — you bring the ability to present, overcome objections, and close on the first visit. What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads
- Average 3–4 booked appointments per day (set for you)
- Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals during the first visit
- Explain product, pricing, incentives, and financing clearly
- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Submit signed deals and required documentation for processing
What We’re Looking For
- Proven in-home closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred)
- Minimum 2 Years of HVAC Sales Experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in a self-directed, performance-driven environment
- CRM or digital contract experience is a plus
Compensation This role is 100% commission, with top closers earning:
$150,000–$250,000+ per year (no caps, unlimited potential)
