We’re currently looking for a Part-Time On-Site Administrative Assistant to work from our Victoria office, ideally Monday to Friday (21 hours per week), to support our Entertainment team with scanning, digital file management, and other administrative tasks.
Our entertainment team is passionate about the music and entertainment industry. They help artists at every stage of their career manage their business, allowing their clients to focus their time where it really matters: on their craft. When they’re not crunching numbers and streaming their newest playlists at work, our entertainment team can often be found at local music venues and festivals enjoying the live experience.
How you’ll make a difference
- You’ll process all incoming mail quickly and accurately—scanning, saving, depositing, or forwarding as directed—so that our clients and team have the right information at the right time.
- You’ll prepare and collate year-end packages and T1 returns, ensuring our clients receive organized, complete, and accurate documents.
- You’ll take on program-based administrative projects, helping the team run smoothly in a fully digital, paperless environment.
- You’ll provide adaptable support to the Entertainment team, freeing them up to focus on client relationships and project work.
Who you are
- 1+ year of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
- Comfortable working with digital filing systems (experience with platforms like iChannel and CaseWare is an asset, but training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a part-time schedule.
