Location: Downtown Toronto (Office-Based)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 CAD basic, plus uncapped commission

Realistic OTE Year 1: $100,000 – $130,000+, Top Performers $180k+

Progression: Fast-track to Director level for top performers

Now, we are building our newly established Canadian division in Downtown Toronto. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level - helping launch and scale a brand-new office backed by an experienced global business with a powerful event portfolio and strong market reputation.

The Opportunity We are hiring ambitious, hungry Sales Executives to help drive growth across the North American market.

This is more than just a sales role - it’s a chance to be part of the founding team of our Canadian expansion. You’ll play a key role in building revenue, shaping culture, and accelerating the growth of a new office, while benefiting from the infrastructure, credibility, and expertise of a well-established international company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and targeting North American exhibitors and sponsors
  • Speaking daily with business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Contributing to the growth and momentum of a newly launched office

Earnings & Progression

  • $60,000 – $70,000 CAD basic salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Realistic Year 1 OTE: $100,000 – $130,000+
  • Fast-track progression to Senior Sales → Event Director
  • Promotions based purely on performance
