Our Audi Yorkdale is looking for Service/Sales Lot Attendant to join our amazing team!
Job Purpose
The Dealership Lot Attendant plays an essential role in the day-to-day operation of the dealership, supporting vehicle movement, facility presentation, client readiness, and general operational needs across the store. This role supports the dealership as a whole rather than a single department, with responsibilities spanning Sales, Service, Parts, and overall dealership operations as business needs require. As part of a smaller, team-oriented dealership, success in this role requires flexibility, initiative, a strong work ethic, and a hands-on mindset to help maintain smooth operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Move, stage, park, retrieve, and organize dealership and customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain orderly presentation of the showroom, service drive, inventory, loaner fleet, and dealership lots.
- Wash and prepare vehicles for client delivery or pickup.
- Fuel and/or charge vehicles as required.
- Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, missing accessories, or discrepancies.
- Receive and release inventory from transport companies where required.
- Manage key organization and vehicle readiness.
- Assist with sold vehicle delivery preparation.
- Pick up and/or drop off vehicles as requested.
- Support daily operational needs across Sales, Service, Parts, and dealership operations.
- Assist with shuttle driving, valet support, and vehicle transportation where required.
- Maintain coffee stations, client amenity areas, and general dealership presentation.
- Remove garbage, recycling, and maintain cleanliness of operational and client-facing areas.
- Assist with light building upkeep, organization, and general facility presentation.
- Maintain safe, clean, and accessible exterior walkways, parking areas, and lot spaces.
- Assist during busy periods wherever operational support is needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Vacancy: One
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- Clear Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Good judgement
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Must have manual transmission driving experience
