As a Marketing Associate, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that help healthcare professionals and patients navigate their journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to innovative campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to the table. We value candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** - Assist in the creation and execution of marketing materials, including digital campaigns and sales tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand strategies and initiatives. - Conduct market research and analyze data to provide actionable insights for marketing plans. - Support the planning and execution of events, such as conferences and advisory boards. - Manage relationships with external vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time. - Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on key metrics. **Qualifications/Skills** **Basic:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Preferred:** - Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital campaigns. - Bilingualism (English/French). - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. **Work Environment** This is a hybrid role based in Canada, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
