Join OpenText Security Analytics as an AI Engineer and play a crucial role in advancing our next-generation AI and ML solutions. Collaborate with talented product managers, data scientists, and engineers to design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning models in production environments.

Your Impact:
You will oversee the complete model lifecycle—from training pipelines to real-time inference—leveraging the latest frameworks and hardware accelerators. This is your chance to be at the forefront of AI innovation, creating scalable and robust systems that will shape the security analytics of the future.

As a Senior AI Developer, you will:

• Design and enhance scalable machine learning pipelines for training, validation, and production inference, ensuring both robustness and efficiency
• Automate deployment processes for machine learning and generative AI models, accommodating both batch processing and ultra-low latency real-time applications
• Create and maintain continuous systems for retraining, monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure model accuracy and reliability in evolving environments
• Apply best practices in model versioning, reproducibility, and rollback to ensure effective management of the machine learning lifecycle
• Implement and fine-tune ML solutions on cloud platforms like Databricks and within container orchestration frameworks
• Utilize advanced inference optimization tools such as TensorRT, ONNX, and PyTorch JIT to enhance model throughput and reduce latency
• Make use of GPU acceleration, distributed computing frameworks (like Ray and Spark), and parallel processing to scale AI workloads effectively
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (using GitLab or similar) designed explicitly for continuous integration and deployment of AI/ML systems.

What you need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on AI/ML engineering and production-grade system development
• Expert in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with hands-on experience building and deploying complex models
• Proficient in distributed systems and big data technologies like Apache Spark, Apache Ray, and NVIDIA RAPIDS
• Skilled in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
• Experienced with ML lifecycle tools such as Kubeflow and MLflow for pipeline automation and experiment tracking
• Proven track record deploying and optimizing GPU-based inference engines (e.g. vLLM, TensorRT-LLM) for high-performance AI applications
• Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices and building scalable, reliable ML infrastructure

Bonus Points For

• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAGs and prompt engineering
