What You’ll Do As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service team:
- Greet and support customers with a friendly, professional approach
- Listen carefully to their needs and clearly document vehicle concerns
- Recommend services that keep vehicles safe and reliable
- Provide accurate estimates for parts and labour
- Keep customers updated every step of the way
- Ensure every experience ends with outstanding customer satisfaction
