Kiewit is looking for a bilingual (English/French) Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our Canadian recruitment efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in recruitment who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll work closely with our Human Resources team and hiring managers to help find the right talent for exciting construction and engineering projects across North America.
District Overview
Kiewit’s HR Operations team plays a key role in supporting our people and projects. We’ve transitioned to a shared services model with specialized HR Centers of Excellence, and we’re focused on delivering high-quality support across the organization.
Location
This position is based out of Oakville.
Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews and offers.
- Collaborate with HR Managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs.
- Source and screen candidates using various tools and platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and job postings.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French – essential for supporting recruitment across Canada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events or site visits.
- Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
