About the role

We are looking for an Advisor Experience Consultant who will be reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, Wealth Delivery. They will support the Wealth Wholesale teams by building relationships with business partners who deliver enhancements improving an advisor firm’s experience with Canada Life.

The Experience Consultant role requires a process-driven individual who uses their experience and industry knowledge to drive content and strategy to enhance sales team understanding of the advisor experience.

The expectations are for the Experience Consultant to be a relationship manager with all business stakeholders including Quadrus, CLIML, Marketing, IPC, and Value Partners. Leveraging their understanding of dealer systems and processes, manufacturer processes, and ensuring involvement in projects and initiatives.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify advisor-facing impacts from enhancements or changes to advisor experience
  • Responsible for investigation of advisor experience changes and updates through process or technology
  • Develop and maintain learning and informational materials for Wholesale teams relating to the advisor experience
  • Develop and deliver facilitated sessions to the Wholesale teams
  • Help foster understanding of the advisor experience within the Wholesale teams
  • Maintain appropriate team documentation, including procedural guides and job aids
  • Represent the Wealth Distribution team in projects and initiatives
  • Have the ability to create and interpret KPI’s with a focus on meaningful data that will influence the path forward

  • Relevant post-secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (French/English) is considered a strong asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and advisors
  • Proven ability to learn and handle multiple priorities in a challenging work environment
  • Proven interpersonal / teamwork skills on high performing teams

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal, Toronto, London, Winnipeg.

The base salary for this position is between $63,500 - $ 105,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
