ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and energeticSales Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage high-impact sales events for automotive dealerships across the Calgary area. This role plays a key part in driving showroom traffic, boosting vehicle sales, and ensuring seamless event execution from planning through post-event reporting.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the automotive retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with dealership management, sales teams, and external vendors to ensure event success
  • Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, staffing, signage, displays, and promotional materials
  • Support on-site event execution, ensuring a professional and high-energy customer experience
  • Track event performance, sales results, and customer engagement metrics
  • Assist with lead management, follow-ups, and post-event reporting
  • Ensure all events align with dealership branding and manufacturer guidelines
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and sales targets

ABOUT YOU

  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or automotive retail (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Calgary area travel required)
