The Analyst, Revenue Management plays a critical role in supporting the multi-residential team through comprehensive reporting and data analysis. This position collaborates with the Revenue Operations Manager to enhance and maintain data quality across all areas of revenue reporting. Key responsibilities include performing system maintenance tasks such as rate loading and inventory management while partnering with the marketing team to ensure rate consistency across all selling channels. The Analyst also leads special projects related to revenue management and works closely with asset management and leasing teams to ensure monthly revenue budgets are achieved, contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives. This dynamic role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support strategic revenue initiatives.
Responsibilities Day to Day
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy to support and enhance automation in reporting tools.
- Manage daily availability, rates, and inventory to optimize performance.
- Support bi-weekly revenue management meetings, monthly forecasting, and annual budget processes.
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on internal sales forecasts and budgets, leveraging insights to identify revenue-maximizing opportunities.
- Present data-driven forecasts and strategies to senior leadership, refining approaches based on performance and market conditions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current market trends using advanced reporting tools.
- Prepare competitive analyses and other supporting documentation for internal revenue meetings and investor presentations.
- Collaborate on special projects with the Revenue Team to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities across the portfolio.

- Data analysis: The ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw insights to inform pricing strategies and revenue management decisions.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems to maximize revenue.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are important to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders, negotiate with partners, and manage team members.
- Market research: Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis is important to make informed decisions about pricing and revenue management strategies.
- Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to develop financial models to inform revenue management decisions.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data and that pricing and revenue management strategies are implemented correctly
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance,
- 2-4 years experience in finance, sales, marketing, or operations
- Strategic, innovative, thinker with a strong business acumen.
- A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize tasks
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required.
- Must be a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
- Ability to work with diverse people and interests while being culturally aware.
- Have a thorough understanding of competing properties and current market conditions.
The base salary for this position is between $65,800 to 109,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
