Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized, client-facing GTM Strategist who can act as the primary point of contact for clients, develop campaign strategies, and oversee the creation, optimization, and performance of cold email campaigns.
This role blends client communication, marketing strategy, data analysis, and hands-on execution. You’ll regularly meet with clients to review performance, discuss what’s working, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that drive better results.

Centauri Marketing is a B2B lead generation agency that generates sales opportunities through cold email. Our job is to book qualified meetings directly with our clients' sales teams, and to handle the entire process leading up to the booked meeting.
We work with a wide variety of clients, from marketing agencies, PR firms, SaaS companies, IT/MSP firms, commercial contractors, and much more.
Founded in 2023, we're a lean and fast growing company looking to greatly expand in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients; host bi-weekly performance calls
- Explain campaign performance clearly and confidently (reply rates, positive replies, booked meetings, deliverability issues, etc.)
- Develop cold-email strategies based on each client’s ICP, offer, value props, and list segmentation
- Create campaigns from scratch, including:
- Writing email sequences
- Building and scraping prospect lists
- Utilizing enrichment tools such as Clay
- Setting sending logic, timing, and targeting
- Optimize ongoing campaigns - A/B testing subject lines, messaging angles, and targeting
- Maintain internal tracking and detailed weekly reporting for clients
Requirements
- Understanding of B2B sales/lead generation or digital marketing
- Strong communication skills (fluent written and verbal English) and confidence in leading client-facing calls
- Available from 9am-5pm EST
- Reliable internet and remote work setup (good quality camera, microphone)
- Proactive problem solver, ability to self teach
Bonus
- Understanding of cold email
- Deliverability knowledge (DNS records, warmup, domain rotation, troubleshooting)
- Experience with the following tools:
- Smartlead/Instantly
- Clay
- Apollo.io
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Airtable
