Tasks
- Perform billing for three companies.
- Issue credit notes and manage customer credit.
- Send and follow up on account statements, outstanding balances, and pending payments.
- Manage the email inbox, deposits, collections, and client balances.
- Update client/debtor account information.
- Open and close customer accounts.
- File documents and perform various administrative tasks related to collections.
- Perform any other related tasks associated with debt management.

Job requirements
- Degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable / billing / collections / debt management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Bilingual (intermediate French and English) – communication with American clients and suppliers about 40% of the time.
- Knowledge of Sage 300 (an asset).
