About the Role We're hiring on behalf of one of our growing SaaS clients for a People & Culture Coordinator who is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience and helping build a positive, high-performing workplace. This is more than a traditional HR Coordinator role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting employee growth, strengthening company culture, and continuously improving internal HR processes. You'll play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to learning and development, performance management, and people operations. What You'll Do: People & Culture Champion employee engagement and help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and support employee success. Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, helping create a positive employee experience. HR Operations Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration. Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems and documentation remain accurate and up to date. Develop, maintain, and improve HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation. Support HR compliance and continuously improve internal HR processes. Learning & Development Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires. Support employee development plans, performance review cycles, and career growth initiatives. Work closely with managers to identify learning opportunities and training needs. Help create a culture of continuous learning and development. Recruitment Support Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring administration as needed. Assist with employer branding and improving the candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities. A genuine passion for people, culture, and employee development. Experience working with HR systems and maintaining HR documentation. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Nice to Have Experience working in a startup or SaaS environment. Experience creating HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes. Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement programs. Experience using platforms such as Leapsome, Rippling, BambooHR, or similar HRIS tools.
