The Nanaimo Regional General Hospital's ED team is on the lookout for RNs to help fill upcoming RN shifts within their department.
If you're a ED trained RN living outside the Nanaimo Regional area and are interested in supporting the NRGH ED team - we want to hear from you!
TRAVEL EXPENSES
You'll be reimbursed for Travel related Expenses*
- Mileage
- Meals
- Accommodations (including the night prior and the night following the last shift)
- Expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Island Health Policy 4.4.1P -Travel and Employee ExpensesWHY NANAIMO?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BC College of Nurses and Midwives).

Additional Requirements for Emergency:
-
Demonstrated ability in arrhythmia interpretation as evidenced by a mark of 75% on the VIHA ECG Challenge exam. Advanced Cardiac Life Support and CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) are assets.
