About the role

We are looking for a Change Control Coordinator to ensure the quality and integrity of our change management process across documentation, manufacturing, QA/QC, raw materials, and finished goods. This role is responsible for managing change requests from start to finish, including assessing risks and costs, tracking progress, documenting and communicating updates, and providing a complete audit trail. The coordinator will support post-implementation reviews, standardization of processes, and timely execution of change initiatives, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and company safety policies.

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of change requests, including assessing risks, costs, and progress tracking.
  • Document, monitor, and communicate all aspects of change controls, ensuring accurate records and audit trails.
  • Support post-implementation reviews, meetings, and process standardization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are implemented on time, within budget, and in compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
  • Strictly follow company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

You have:

  • A minimum of two years of post-secondary education in a science-related field and at least two years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience working with electronic quality management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Strong understanding of quality and manufacturing processes, ideally with ERP systems such as Syspro.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven reliability to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while working independently or in a team.
