Staff Engineer — ChainPatrol ChainPatrol is a real-time security platform protecting leading crypto and fintech organizations from phishing attacks and impersonation. Our AI engine automates threat detection and takedown across a growing network of integrations. We've grown 4x over the past year, serving customers like Coinbase, Polymarket, Consensys, Phantom, MoonPay, and Arbitrum. Now we're expanding into new verticals — Fintech, Banking, and Tech — and we're looking for a Staff Engineer who builds like a team of ten.

What You'll O wnArchitect and ship full-stack features across our detection, takedown, and integrations surface — backend-heavy, but you're comfortable end-to-en d.Operate at an order of magnitude above your headcount. Use agentic workflows, AI coding tools, and automated pipelines to do what would take most teams a month — in days. We expect this, we support it, and we've built the infrastructure around i t.Drive technical decisions on scalability, reliability, and system design as we grow to new verticals and a larger customer bas e.Own hard problems: high-volume data pipelines, third-party API integrations, and real-time threat processing at scal e.Collaborate directly with the CEO and product team to translate security domain complexity into clean, maintainable system s.Set the technical bar — code reviews, architecture docs, engineering culture. You'll be the standard other engineers grow towar
