Who you are
- 5+ years of Sourcing experience (or equivalent work experience in the recruiting space)
- Infrastructure Engineering sourcing experience preferred or proven ability to ramp quickly in a new subject matter area
- A track-record sourcing passive candidates from top companies without relying solely on inbound applicants or third party agencies
- You think of recruiting as a partnership and have the gift to successfully work with various types of personalities regardless of hierarchy
- Passionate about candidate experience and mastering the recruiting process
- Outstanding written and verbal and communication skills across all levels
- Self-starting, creative and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance
- Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally including Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Recruiter)

- Technical Recruiting is seeking a Sourcer to join the Engineering Recruiting team at Robinhood
- This role is crucial in supporting our efforts to hire top Infrastructure Engineering talent
- As a Sourcer, you will collaborate with leaders across various teams to identify and engage extraordinary candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidates and hiring teams
- Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the broader Technical Recruiting organization as needed
- You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become an SME for the teams you support and be able to articulate the organizational impact of open positions
- Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify quality passive candidates in the market, with a focus on building diverse pipelines
- Continuously work on streamlining sourcing processes and on delivering a phenomenal candidate experience
- Gather intelligence around specific talent pools and map out individual markets and to identify top talent
- Apply data towards reporting and influencing hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity
