Tasks/Responsibilities
The Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic expertise to drive the digital transformation of financial systems. He will be directly involved in the management of this important project.
MORE PRECISELY
- Analyze, map, and document business and functional processes and make recommendations for optimization
- Interact with all stakeholders and lead workshops to gather various needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Write functional specifications and specifications incorporating the results of the various analyses
- Be in charge of a major financial systems transformation and change project and recommend appropriate solutions for this project
- Develop, in collaboration with IT, a project plan including objectives, scope, schedule, deliverables, deadlines, and required resources
- Coordinate activities between project, business, functional, and IT teams
- Contribute to the documentation of functional specifications, analyses, and specifications, and participate in the creation of agreements with external suppliers
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and project management experience
- Proven experience in process analysis and mapping, as well as financial systems analysis
- Knowledge of mapping tools, financial systems (ERP), and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work in a project-based environment, implementing and managing financial ERP systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to be responsible and autonomous
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, English required)
