HelloFresh is seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Operations Specialist to own the operations and execution of the Gift Cards & Flyers (GC&F) channel and corporate partnerships across Canada. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a passionate marketer to make a significant impact on HelloFresh's growth through high-performing printed materials, gift-with-purchase activations, and local and global growth partnerships. Reporting to the Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution and operational excellence of printed materials and partnership campaigns. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Own the end-to-end execution of the Gift Cards & Flyers (GC&F) channel, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of printed materials
- Manage print runs with our shipping & fulfillment partner, including inventory oversight, forecasting, and voucher code setup
- Own shipment coordination to partners to ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and on-time delivery
- Lead the creative briefing process and collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure final printed assets meet brand and campaign specifications
- Oversee campaign setup and operational workflows tied to printed materials, including voucher assignment, tracking, and QA processes
- Execute corporate partnerships including gift-with-purchase activations and local and global growth partnerships
- Own timelines, assets, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless partnership launches
- Manage core campaign operations, including campaign creation, voucher reassignment, and cost tracking to maintain campaign efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain performance reporting, tracking key campaign metrics and providing insights to support ongoing optimization and future planning
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the GC&F channel and expand partnership growth
- All other duties, as assigned

- 2–4 years of marketing experience in partnerships, print production, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to own multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in printed materials and operational execution
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve independently
- Experience working with spreadsheets, voucher/code lists, and campaign setup tools
- A collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- A natural curiosity for analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A genuine enthusiasm for HelloFresh's mission, coupled with a hunger to learn and grow
