Let’s Get Down To Business

We are looking for experienced Business System Analysts. This role offers the chance to advise and deliver regulatory change projects as part of a fast-paced, long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions.

You bring a very good understanding of financial domain products is an advantage.

This role offers the opportunity to execute on critical projects and strategic initiatives that impact the Operations space. Candidate must be a self-starter, who will drive and deliver transformative change by leading with the voice of the business and coordinate broader partnership. Provide opportunity to lead product and data strategy needs across operational groups, while working as part of a cross-functional team. Support management decision making on strategic endeavors that impact policies, processes, products and services aimed at elevating service quality and the way we work.

Professional Experience

  • Executed a data and product strategy roadmap to centralize Client Data Masters, enhancing data integrity across product lines (Lending, Equities, FX, Derivatives).

  • Collaborated with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, define, and document detailed business and system requirements for a centralized client data master platform.

  • Developed data mapping documents, process flows, and functional specifications to support integration across multiple systems and business lines (e.g., Lending, FX, Equities).

  • Conducted gap analysis and impact assessments to identify process improvements, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.

  • Facilitated JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather business needs and validate requirements.

  • Partnered with Data Governance, AML, and Client Onboarding teams to ensure the client data model adhered to compliance and data quality standards.

  • Created user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for development and QA teams using JIRA and Confluence.

  • Supported UAT planning and execution, including defect triage, test case validation, and end-user support during rollout.

  • Elicited, analyzed, and documented complex business and system requirements by collaborating with internal stakeholders and technology teams to ensure solutions met business needs.

  • Facilitated end-to-end alignment between Operations, Front Office, Credit, Finance, and Engineering for the successful rollout of scalable data-driven solutions.

  • Supported Agile product development lifecycle in partnership with Product Owners and Engineering teams, delivering on-time and high-quality releases.

  • Fostered a culture of continuous improvement, identifying process inefficiencies and implementing strategic changes across the operations portfolio.
