Here’s what you will do:
- Conduct integrity assessment and analysis for integrity threat management programs related to the Enbridge GTM pipeline and facility system, with the focus on fitness for purpose, including Corrosion, Crack, Deformation Threat Management and Threat Integration.
- Conduct and support data analyses supporting of the integrity programs, including analysis of in-line inspection, Direct Assessment, field deployed monitoring devices and recommendations for remediation from Nondestructive Examination (NDE) field results.
- Lead and foster the enhancement/update of integrity management processes, integrity plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Ensure data integration and records management activities relating to core functions are fit for purpose for the group activities and lead data governance for Integrity owned data.
- Drive validation and quality assurance of the threat management programs.
- Interpret the Codes and Standards to ensure the continued compliance of integrity management processes with US and Canadian regulations, standards and best practices.
- Participate in regulatory audits as required.
- Technical reviewer for decision records and technical reports deliverables.
- Lead and support focus projects related to assigned lines such as pressure restriction removal, audits, failure investigation, engineering assessments, etc.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to support integrity activities and ensure integrity requirements are addressed.
- Act as the Subject Matter Lead and review and approve threat programs as assigned.
Who you are :
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university or college with a minimum of 6+ years of engineering experience in Pipeline, Facility, Oil and Gas, Midstream, and Petrochemical industries.
- Registration or eligibility as a Professional Engineer in the province of employment.
- Experience in managing integrity programs and projects and programs including a focus on mitigation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of CSA-Z662, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31.3, ASME B31G, API 510, API 570, API RP 574, API RP 576, API 579-1, API 653, etc.
- Good understanding of Canada Energy Regulator pipeline regulations.
- Drive disciplined analysis through utilizing computer software, excel spreadsheets and data analysis tools necessary to conduct detailed data analyses.

Working Conditions:
- This position is office based with occasional requirements to travel to field excavations, industry committees/conferences, and other office locations.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
