Preston GM Automotive Service Receptionist- Full Time

Are you outgoing, do you like to talk to people, are you a Customer Service Pro.

Must be a Team Player, Punctual, reliable and on top of your attendance

Clear spoken and a great communicator, possess some basic computer and keyboarding skills

This position is Monday- Friday 8:30- 5:30 and requires availability for vacation coverages and an occasional Saturday

 Greet and welcome Customers in a clear professional and courteous manner

 Answer phone calls and direct customers appropriately

 Maintain a tidy and presentable work area

 Booking Service appointments and cashiering Service Customers

 Provide general administrative support, and assisting the service team

 Assist customers with inquiries - and provide accurate information

 Update and maintain filing

 Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications

 Customer service skills- Friendly outgoing can hold a conversation with anyone

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

 Proficient keyboarding skills - Computer literate

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

 Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

 Professional appearance and demeanor

 Excellent attendance and reliability- attendance is crucial

Mechanical understanding helpful but not necessary, willing to train

 Able to work well under pressure
