AWS Connect Specialist
Location: Remote (Canada or United States) Salary: CAD $100,000–$125,000 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an AWS Connect Specialist to support the delivery of a large-scale contact centre migration programme.
You will be responsible for configuring and implementing Amazon Connect capabilities while working alongside architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver an enhanced customer experience platform.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Amazon Connect environments. Develop and maintain contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and user permissions. Support Amazon Connect migrations and deployment activities. Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Support integration activities with AWS services and enterprise applications. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the contact centre platform.
Requirements
Hands-on Amazon Connect implementation experience. Strong understanding of contact flows and routing. Experience with queue configuration and user management. Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Excellent communication skills.
