Overview

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Compact Construction Equipment for Southwest Saskatchewan Territory reporting to our Regina location.

The Compact Construction Equipment Territory Manager is responsible for selling new and used compact construction equipment within an assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role focuses on developing business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales goals to grow revenue and market share.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR): Assigned Territories -

    • The Highway 13 Corridor (Red Coat Trail): Servicing towns like Assiniboia, Shaunavon, and Eastend.
    • The South-Central Border Region: Reaching down to Rockglen and Willow Bunch.
    • The Far Southwest Corner: Including Maple Creek and the Cypress Hills.
    • The North-South Connection (Hwy #4 & #44): Spanning the region north of Swift Current up to the Highway #44 corridor. This includes key agricultural and commercial hubs such as Kyle, Elrose, and Eston, as well as the Lake Diefenbaker.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends to achieve growth targets.

  • Promote Brandt’s compact construction equipment line to existing and potential customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.

  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance departments to provide integrated solutions that meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.

  • Monitor customer operations and changing requirements to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate customer status reports, including call activity, prospect lists, and opportunity tracking submitted weekly, to support informed sales strategies.

  • Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

  • Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.

  • Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on products, market trends, and company initiatives.
