About ShyftLabs
At ShyftLabs, we live and breathe data. Since 2020, we’ve been helping Fortune 500 companies unlock growth with cutting-edge digital solutions that transform industries and create measurable business impact. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for passionate problem-solvers who are ready to turn big ideas into real outcomes.
The Opportunity
You’ll serve as a strategic partner and execution engine for the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Director of Operations, helping them stay focused on priorities by turning ideas into outcomes. Your work will span preparing and refining client decks, managing requests, drafting RFPs and SOWs, supporting project planning, and collaborating with technical leaders on scoping. Whether it’s reworking a pitch narrative, aligning a cross-functional team on a delivery timeline, or translating business needs into technical requirements, you’ll be the leadership team’s force multiplier; bringing structure to fast-moving priorities and turning ambiguous goals into clear, high-impact deliverables.
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Craft narratives: Develop briefs, one-pagers, decks, whitepapers, and proposals that make complex technical concepts accessible to clients and stakeholders, including supporting leadership with SOWs and RFP responses.
-
Product support: Write light specs, structure and synthesize customer feedback, support research initiatives, and map the competitive landscape to inform product and GTM decisions.
-
Web and collateral: Propose copy and light wireframes for landing pages, coordinate with design and development teams, and ensure all collateral aligns with client-facing and internal messaging.
-
Client delivery support: Assist with project planning, track deliverables, conduct research and competitive analysis, and ensure insights are translated into actionable recommendations for both internal teams and clients.
-
Execution engine: Drive timelines across projects, coordinate designers, engineers, and external partners, manage the execution of research and planning cycles, and close the loop on deliverables to keep leadership initiatives moving forward.
What You Bring
-
Have 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, product, or consulting at a Tech or Data company
-
Hold an Engineering Degree and can learn domain context quickly
-
Write clearly and quickly; you enjoy shaping ideas into decks and crisp copy
-
Are high-agency: you set scopes, propose trade-offs, and ship without hand-holding
-
Thrive in ambiguity, shifting between product work, go-to-market support, and operational execution as priorities evolve.
-
Support proposal development, respond to RFPs, and contribute to SOWs with a balance of technical accuracy and persuasive storytelling.
-
Comfortable conducting research, synthesizing data, and performing competitive analysis to shape strategy and client recommendations.
-
Manage timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on course.
-
Communicate well with design and engineering; you give specific feedback and accept it too
-
Have an intermediate-level exposure to Generative AI products
Nice To Have
- An MBA or comparable program is a plus, but not mandatory
- Basics of Figma and Webflow
- Exposure to project management platforms like Jira and Notion
- Experience with client-facing presentations and communications
- Experience at a company building GenAI products
