Tasks
Operate or tend automatic or multi-purpose machines to produce metal parts and metal products Read blueprints to determine work requirements Clean, polish, file or otherwise finish products Check products for quality and other specifications Clean work area Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools Fit and assemble components using hand and power tools Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment Test and check electrical assemblies and wiring for proper connection
