- Manage various engineering projects such as product maintenance, quality improvement, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance;
- Participate in the process of transferring new products to production;
- Link up with other departments for projects he/she coordinates;
- Manage schedules for ongoing projects;
- Coordinate laboratory tests required in the course of his/her work;
- Ensure proper documentation of each project under his/her responsibility.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- University degree in mechanical engineering combined with 5 years of relevant experience;
- Fluency in English (4/5);
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes;
- Project management and planning skills;
- Asset: experience working in a regulated environment (medical, aeronautical, automotive).
Personal Qualities:
- Organizational skills, initiative, autonomy;
- Good analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Special Features / Conditions:
- The role requires international travel.
