About the role
Join a creative project focused on producing engaging, story-driven 2D paint style animations for a rapidly growing YouTube channel. This role centers on transforming structured voiceover scripts into clear, visually compelling videos that prioritize storytelling and viewer comprehension. Animators will work with simple stickman characters, minimalist backgrounds, and text callouts, adhering to established visual and editing guidelines. The emphasis is on clarity, pacing, and supporting narration with consistent, easy-to-follow visuals. Deliverables
- Create 12–16 minute 2D paint style animated videos based on provided scripts and voiceovers
- Animate simple stickman characters and minimalist backgrounds to support narrative clarity
- Insert text callouts and visual cues as directed
- Follow established visual, pacing, and editing guidelines for consistency across videos
- Collaborate closely with the creative director to ensure alignment with project vision
- Deliver final videos in the required format and resolution, ready for YouTube upload
Requirements
- Proficiency in 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, or similar)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative clarity
- Ability to work from structured scripts and follow detailed creative direction
