Who We Are Founded in 2008, MRG Live has grown to become Canada's leading independent concert and entertainment production company. It is now Canada's largest concert and entertainment promotion company, with expansion into the USA beginning in 2020. Annually, MRG Live produces over 1,000 events, utilizing MRG's nine owned, operated, or programmed venues. The company produces concerts across Canada and in key US markets, handling a range of venue sizes from clubs and theatres to arenas.

Who You Are The Live Coordinator is a motivated, enthusiastic team member who takes pride in their ability to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the live events lifecycle. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help coordinate shows from confirmation through settlement while ensuring information, documentation, and logistics stay organized and on track.
What You'll Do ● Coordinate venue calendars, show logistics, and internal event scheduling. ● Communicate with venues, agents, promoters, and other external partners. ● Prepare deal memos and support contract administration. ● Coordinate insurance certificates, payments, and operational documentation. ● Help traffic information between marketing, ticketing, finance, business affairs, and production teams. ● Support pre-show planning, day-of-show operations, and post-show settlements. ● Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple concurrent events. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, venues, and industry partners. ● Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
What We're Looking For ● 1–3 years of experience in live entertainment, event coordination, venue operations, or a similar role. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ● High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. ● Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams. ● Passion for live music and the live entertainment industry. ● Flexibility to support evening, weekend, and occasional travel requirements as needed.
