Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for providing financial leadership and accounting management with the purpose of driving division profitability in partnership with the leadership team while insuring internal controls are in place for compliance with accounting standards. Essential Functions: Responsible for division financial plans and policy development/deployment Provides financial information to leadership team and makes actionable recommendations on how to drive financial performance improvement Directs budgeting, audit, tax, banking and accounting activities Deploys procedures necessary to maintain proper records and insure adequate controls are in place Appraises the company's financial position and issues periodic financial/operating reports Directs, consolidates and analyzes all cost information together with other statistical and routine reports Develops and manages systems for the maintenance of all assets including inventory levels Reviews and participates in major capital spending to assure conformity with long-range plans Responsible for handling treasury functions such as cash management, financing, credit and collection Secondary Duties: Responsible for the accuracy of all tax returns and relationships with taxing authorities. Qualifications Education:

  • At a minimum, Bachelor's degree in an Accounting or financial discipline.
  • Master's degree preferred. Experience:
  • 7 years accounting experience preferred. Preferred Skills:
  • Highest degree of accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective presentation skills.
