Job Description We currently have an opening for a Trailer Shop Service Advisor for our Dieppe location. The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.We Offer:

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, gather information, and open repair orders.
- Assign work priorities and estimate repair timelines.
- Record and file all documents related to repair orders, including warranty details.
- Close repair orders and present invoices to customers.
- Ensure invoices are paid or placed on account before releasing vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to minimize diagnosis and repair time.
- Stay updated on manufacturer recalls and bulletins.
- Adhere to safety standards and participate in 5S initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience as a service advisor in heavy truck or trailer industry preferred.
- Heavy equipment or automotive experience will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, CDK or other shop software.
- Bilingualism would be an asset.
- Capable of multitasking.
