uestsRe-calculate and review ongoing projects in collaboration with project IPTs, including change orders, implementation of lessons learned and process optimizat

ions.Create and maintain client files in

ERP.Enter master data and quotations into the ERP system and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and complete

ness.Support sales operations, including building reports, dashboards, and monitoring open t

asks.Manage payment schedules and client terms and conditions across all customer acco

unts.Maintain and standardize sales processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and effici
-
ency.Update and develop sales templates such as quotations, (Preliminary Design Reviews) PDRs, compliance matrices, and kick-off presentat

ions.Coordinate and prepare monthly sales reconciliations, ensuring alignment between sales, finance, and project t
