  Prepare and review calculations for sales inquiries and project req

• uestsRe-calculate and review ongoing projects in collaboration with project IPTs, including change orders, implementation of lessons learned and process optimizat

• ions.Create and maintain client files in

• ERP.Enter master data and quotations into the ERP system and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and complete

• ness.Support sales operations, including building reports, dashboards, and monitoring open t

• asks.Manage payment schedules and client terms and conditions across all customer acco

• unts.Maintain and standardize sales processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and effici

• ency.Update and develop sales templates such as quotations, (Preliminary Design Reviews) PDRs, compliance matrices, and kick-off presentat

• ions.Coordinate and prepare monthly sales reconciliations, ensuring alignment between sales, finance, and project t
