Job Title: Business Analyst, ECP

Location: Truro

Department: Operations

Reports To: Director, Operations & Supply Chain

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product management group with customer price setting and analysis.
  • Work with Procurement and product management group to understand the impact of changing input costs to profitability measures and identify price increase opportunities related to resins/additives, inflation, fx rates, ocean freight, tariffs/duties, etc.
  • Monitor cube reports for compliance with customer pricing strategies and profitability targets on an ongoing basis.
  • Support product management group with running and interpreting cube reports.
  • Work with finance to develop reporting, budgets, and forecasts related to supply chain activities, including monthly freight/tariff accruals.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics (inventory turnover, lead times, fulfillment rates, etc.) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and develop dashboards and reports.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a supply chain or finance environment.
  • Strong experience with data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain principles and financial concepts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning processes, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, preferred.
